GU15 Elite player Batya Bagully spent a total of 10 days in Shymkent, Kazakhstan, training/trialling with the Kazakhstan U16 girls national team before being chosen to be part of the roster for their upcoming UEFA sanctioned European tournament including Macedonia, Ukraine and Luxembourg.

Batya and the team then traveled by overnight train to Almaty, Kazakhstan, and from there they flew to Istanbul to finally arrive in Skopje, Macedonia. The tournament took place over 7 days in Skopje at the Football Federation of Macedonia FIFA facility and on fields which were some of the most beautiful you can imagine.

Over the course of the three matches Batya played a total of 140 minutes and had one assist and one goal against Ukraine in Pks. Overall, it was an amazing experience and she hopes to be able to join the team in Scotland in October for their U-17 World cup qualifier.

Well done Batya, we are very proud!
