For the past year, Coach Amy has been helping Coach Courtney Drummond as her Assistant Coach for the LAGSD 1998, 2001 and 2002 Elite girls teams. The knowledge Amy has gained from coaching older players has helped her tremendously and equipped her with a strong backbone of coaching skills that she can apply to her younger teams. Amy has learned how to really simplify the game for these young girls, in terms of tactics and game terminology.

Amy grew up in Mission Viejo, CA and has played for the Southern California Blues her entire club career (9 years). Amy played soccer for the women’s soccer team at California State University San Marcos from 2011-2014 and was selected as captain her Senior year, winning 3 out of 4 AII Conference Tournaments along the way. Amy was also a member of the San Diego’s Sealions soccer team that competes in the WPSL league for the past 3 years.
