I was born and raised in Peru. By the time I was 7 years old, I was selected to be on the top competitive youth club. At 17 I signed my first professional contract, but an injury ended my career in July, 2003.

I started coaching in the United States in 2006. I love soccer and love to see that same passion in the players that I coach. I treat all of my players well and make them all feel part of the team. Winning is important but my main focus is developing my players in a good environment.
